Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 10:00

Late Check-out Hour: 16:00

Late Check-out Fees: €75.00

Late check-out (after 10:00 and before 16:00) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 15 days of arrival

  • Occupancy
    Hotel accommodates children aged 10 years and above.
  • Younger children and infants on request basis, at the discretion of the hotel.
  • No pets are allowed in the Hotel.
  • Only registered guests may stay in the hotel rooms.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Accessibility
    Hotel is wheelchair chair accessible.

Day use

  • The hotel has a day use room, which is free of charge, subject to availability. For clients wishing to have early check in or late check out please view our arrival and departure policy
  • Parking
    Guest parking is available, free of charge.
  • Dispute resolution
    All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Seychelles, or whichever body is so empowered to settle disputes on their behalf.
  • Use of personal information
    The hotel does not sell nor provide access to third parties to any personal information obtained from clients.

Liability and force majeure

  • The hotel may make refunds for deposits paid in cases of medical and/or legal claims, subject to valid documentation of same, in line with our cancellation policies.
  • In cases of force majeure, were in the Hotel is unable to honour the reservation of clients, refunds may be made, subject to insurance coverage.
